Control server for used for outgoing mail from local-mail location?

Can we control which server a user's Notes Client chooses to send outgoing mail from a local-mail location?

One user is routing through a failover server (i,e, not his home mail server) rather than the main servers. Other users don't seem to be using that server for mail routing.

Location Doc

The location doc mail server field controls which server you will use to send mail. If the server is in a cluster and we are unable to connect to the mail server then we will attempt to use the failover server.
So if the location document is set right check to verify that the user can connect to the actual server by doing a trace

Thanks - Location Doc

I'll have the user check his location doc but it's unlikely that the wrong server is listed there. I'll follow up on the possibility of a network problem between him and the listed server.
